No guarantees are made regarding accuracy, availability, or protection against vulnerabilities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for damages, data loss, system failures, or security incidents.
Cyber Security Notice:
No system can be guaranteed to be fully secure.
Acceptable Use:
Users must not misuse the platform, including attacks, bypassing security mechanisms, or abusing API functionality.
API Usage and Abuse Protection:
API usage is allowed only within intended functionality.
Prohibited actions include automated flooding, request manipulation, or unauthorized testing.
Technical protections such as rate limiting, IP blocking, and signature-based detection may be applied.
Privacy (GDPR):
Only technically necessary data is processed, including IP address, timestamps, request data, and logs.
Processing is based on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Extended Security and Logging Notice:
PLUS23 operates active security mechanisms (e.g., intrusion detection / prevention).
This may include processing IP addresses, CIDR ranges, headers, and access patterns.
Data is used strictly for threat detection, abuse prevention, and system stability.
IP addresses or network ranges may be temporarily or permanently blocked in case of security events.
Data Sharing:
No data is shared with third parties except when legally required or for security defense.
Data Retention:
Data is stored only as long as necessary.
User Rights:
Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their data.
Changes:
We reserve the right to modify these terms.
Severability:
If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid.
