Guard.Framework
Content: web_tools_en.txtThe PLUS23.GUARD.FRAMEWORK is a browser-based collection of focused administration, diagnostic, conversion, and security utilities. It is designed for quick technical checks without requiring a separate desktop client.
The tools are grouped by task so that connection data, domains, addresses, encodings, hashes, and technical values can be checked or transformed in a consistent PLUS23 interface.
The framework supports daily administration and troubleshooting. It does not replace a full vulnerability assessment, penetration test, server log analysis, or the protection provided by PLUS23.ENGINE.
CONNECTION & NETWORK
These utilities collect and present technical information about the current connection or a supplied host, domain, or IP address.
- Connection Data – displays request, browser, host, protocol, and network-related values available to the server.
- IP Lookup – evaluates IP and network information, including provider and geographic classification where available.
- DNS Lookup – resolves common DNS records and helps verify domain configuration.
- WHOIS – queries available domain or network-registration information from the relevant services.
- Port Check – checks whether selected public network services can be reached from the test environment.
- Country Check – compares available country and GEO information for an address.
NOTICE: Results may be affected by proxies, VPNs, TOR, CDNs, reverse proxies, firewalls, provider restrictions, rate limits, or differing GEO and WHOIS databases.
CONVERSION & ENCODING
The conversion area provides controlled transformations for text and technical values. Each result is displayed in a structured result panel and can be copied directly from that panel.
- Base64 encode and decode
- URL encode and decode
- HTML entity encode and decode
- JSON formatting and validation
- Hexadecimal, binary, decimal, and text conversion
- Unicode and character-code conversion
- Timestamp and date conversion
Encoding is not encryption. Encoded data can usually be restored without a secret key and must not be treated as confidential protection.
HASH & INTEGRITY
Hash tools create one-way fingerprints for text or supported input and help compare values during deployment, downloads, backups, or configuration checks.
- Create supported cryptographic hash values
- Compare two hash values in a clear side-by-side result
- Normalize common formatting differences before comparison where appropriate
- Use hashes to detect changes, not to encrypt or recover source content
SECURITY NOTICE: Passwords should not be protected with a general-purpose fast hash alone. Password storage requires a dedicated password-hashing function and a properly configured application.
WEB & BROWSER CHECKS
Web-oriented tools help review values that can be observed from the current request or retrieved through a permitted server-side check.
- Request and response information
- Headers and protocol details
- Domain and redirect checks
- Publicly returned cookie headers where available
- User-agent and browser information
COOKIE LIMITATION: A remote tool cannot read arbitrary client-side cookies from another website. Cookies protected by browser isolation, the same-origin policy, or the HttpOnly flag are not available to unrelated pages. The result therefore reflects only information technically accessible to the current request or returned by the tested server.
RESULT HANDLING
All tools use a common result design so that output remains readable even for long values.
- Clear separation between input, action, and result
- Copy action inside the result panel
- Consistent wrapping for long addresses, hashes, JSON, and encoded text
- Recently Used for faster access to frequently selected utilities
- Clear action near the main Run action where applicable
Results should always be interpreted in context. A successful lookup or conversion confirms only the displayed operation and does not by itself prove that a system is secure.
PRIVACY & RESPONSIBLE USE
Do not submit passwords, private keys, access tokens, confidential customer data, or other secrets to tools unless the function is explicitly intended and the environment is under your control.
Network and domain checks must be used only for systems you own, administer, or are authorized to test. Providers may limit automated requests, and results can be incomplete or temporarily unavailable.
The PLUS23.GUARD.FRAMEWORK is an operational assistance tool. Decisions about blocking, configuration, incident response, or legal compliance remain the responsibility of the administrator.
